Weather Policy

For every group session there is a possibility that at least a portion of the session may be impacted or canceled due to adverse** weather conditions.  If a program is impacted by weather, while it is not guaranteed make up sessions will be offered, Match Time Tennis will do everything in its power to give you the opportunity to make up the missed time.   If we can not offer a make up lesson then we will offer a credit toward the next group session.  There are no refunds given for missed lessons due to adverse weather conditions.

**Adverse weather conditions include (but are not limited to) any of the following: excessive heat, excessive snow or snow accumulation, persistent rain, thunder and lightning, excessive/dangerous winds, or court closures.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

If you choose to cancel:

• Within 5 business days of payment: 100% refund or credit voucher*, provided no sessions have been attended (minus a $25 fee)
• 5 or more days prior to the program start date:  100% credit voucher* is issued toward another group session.
• Less than 5 days prior to the program start date:  100% credit voucher* is issued toward another group session (minus a $25 fee).
• After the program start date no credit voucher or refund will be issued. 

Medical Cancellation:

• If a medical emergency arises and you submit medical documentation stating that the registrant cannot participate, Match Time Tennis will issue a credit voucher* for any time missed.

Match Time Tennis Cancellation: 

• Low\High enrollment – To run a quality group camp or class, we do require that minimum enrollment is met and that it not exceed maximum capacity. 
• The athlete is too young/old for the program.
• If the coach feels that the athlete is not having the best experience or is hindering the experience of other athletes, we reserve the right to ask the customer to drop from the class.  A full refund will be given in this scenario.

*Credit Vouchers are good for 1 year after issued.
